Observed Problem
The deletion system shows a high level of automation with limited human contextual judgment
The following issues were identified:
Mass Deletion
Multiple images were removed in sequence, suggesting automated or semi-automated processes.
Lack of Contextual Evaluation
The system did not appear to consider:
- that the material was original
- its potential future educational value
- its usefulness beyond immediate classification
Rigid Criteria
General rules were applied without flexibility, leading to removal of potentially useful content.
Contributor Discouragement
These actions can result in:
- frustration
